The award-winning Show People Podcast with Andrew Keates continues its live monthly residency at The Two Brewers with another incredible guest: Pearl Mackie.
Pearl is a British actress celebrated for her ground-breaking role as Bill Potts in Doctor Who, starring alongside Peter Capaldi. Since then, she has built an extraordinary career across stage and screen.
She currently appears in Netflix’s hit thriller The Diplomat, created by Homeland and The West Wing writer and producer Debora Cahn. On stage, she has recently starred in The Human Body (Donmar Warehouse), Grenfell: In the Words of Survivors (National Theatre), and Ballet Shoes (National Theatre).
Other credits include The Long Call (ITV), Tom Jones (ITV/Masterpiece PBS), Friday Night Dinner (Channel 4), Greed(directed by Michael Winterbottom), Horizon Line, and acclaimed theatre productions such as The Birthday Party (with Zoë Wanamaker and Toby Jones) and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.

Tickets: £100 (Cabaret Table For Two at the Front - only 6 available), £25 (First Three Rows), £15 (General Admission - Back rows).
Capacity: Only 100 tickets available. Early booking strongly advised. All profits go towards LGBTQ+ theatre projects at Queer Theatre.
Please note: Latecomers may be refused entry to avoid disruption to the live recording. If admitted, you may be asked to stand at the back of the space, regardless of your ticket type. Seats are allocated on a first come. first served basis.
All tickets include access to The Two Brewers’ late-night cabaret and DJ event following the show.
