
OutCast: Summer Showcase of Queer Actors and Writing 2025

On Friday 25 July 2025, Queer Theatre returned to The Two Brewers, Clapham, with the Summer edition of OutCast— our vibrant showcase of queer actors and writing.
Directed by award-winning theatre director Andrew Keates, the evening celebrated new, lost, and rediscovered LGBTQ+ plays, offering a rich mix of comedy, tragedy, and bold queer storytelling.
Performers included a dynamic blend of emerging talent from our weekly 2B: Acting Classes for LGBTQ+ Peoplealongside experienced professionals, proving that OutCast is both a platform for fresh voices and a space where seasoned artists can continue to explore queer work.
With standout performances from Oliver Atton-Higgins, Adrian Baudon, Emily Brandon, Sakshi Chander, Nicholas Tadeo Montanari Chapman, Fran Cheney, Harry Drane, Freddie Haberfellner, Santiago Guerra, Paul Langan, Matthew Hodson, Leah Holmes, Reem Ibrahim, Hadi Inja, Avital Kagan, Ermis Makides, Lisa Peters, Priyanka Potdar, Ben Everett Riley, Josh Sanchez, Grace Statton, Rowanne Amelia Sumner, Abigail Tansley-Cook, David Watters, and Ned Wakeley, the evening highlighted the wealth of queer talent in our community.
OutCast once again proved itself to be a thrilling night of performance, discovery, and connection — proudly showcasing queer voices and stories that deserve to be seen and heard.
